Apple Intelligence Launched With iOs 18.1

iOS 18.1 is here. It brings with it’s the first set of Apple Intelligence features as it arrives.  The Apple Intelligence is already released.

More than a month after the release of the iPhone 16 and iPhone 16 Pro, on October 28, Apple Intelligence’s first wave of AI capabilities arrived for the iPhone, iPad, and Mac, according to senior insider Mark Gurman in Bloomberg’s Power On newsletter.

The iPhone 16 series (Apple Intelligence iPhone 16), as well as the iPhone 15 Pro and iPhone 15 Pro Max (Apple Intelligence iPhone 15), are among the few top iPhones that will support Apple Intelligence – as it launched with iOS 18.1. Users of the iPhone 15 will be saddened to miss Apple’s first venture into artificial intelligence (Apple Intelligence iPhone 15).

Apple Intelligence Features

Apple is adding smarter, AI-powered features to the iPhone, aiming for a smooth experience when they launch the iPhone 16. They’re calling this new set of features “Apple Intelligence.” According to tech insider Mark Gurman, Apple took extra time to make sure the features work well and are bug-free.

These new AI tools will be part of iOS 18.1 for iPhone, iPadOS 18.1 for iPads, and macOS Sequoia 15.1 for Macs. Apple has also upgraded their cloud system to handle millions of updates without issues. Natural Language Search in Photos: Search your photo library in everyday language—no need to remember exact keywords—making it easier to find exactly what you’re looking for.

Notification Summaries: AI-generated summaries give you notifications that are more concise, useful, and responsive, cutting through the noise.

Enhanced Siri: Experience Apple’s updated Siri, with improved product knowledge, a more natural voice, and an updated interface. Siri now handles requests better and includes a “Type to Siri” feature for more flexibility in how you interact.

Priority messages in Mail: AI will prioritize the most crucial emails.

Smart Reply in Emails and Messages: Make use of the better suggested replies than before.

Summaries in Mail and Messages: Get more detailed thread summaries in your mail and messages than just a brief excerpt.

Reduce Interruptions Focus: Remain focused, unless something very urgent needs your attention.

These features are designed to enhance productivity, creativity, and overall user experience across Apple devices.

Apple Intelligence -Device Support

In order to use the Apple Intelligence features of iOS 18.1, you must fulfill the following requirements:
• A suitable device is required, such as an M-class iPad, Mac, or iPhone 16 (Apple Intelligence Supported Device).
• You must be outside of the EU and China, with your device set to US English.

Apple Intelligence Beta

Apple has started rolling out new AI features, known as “Apple Intelligence,” as part of its latest software updates. These features are available to anyone using the iOS 18.1 beta, iPadOS 18.1 beta, or macOS Sequoia 15.1 beta.

How To Get The Apple Intelligence Beta
1.Register on Apple’s beta software program site.
2.Update to iOS 18.1, iPadOS 18.1, or macOS Sequoia 15.1.
3.Go to Settings.
4.Tap Apple Intelligence & Siri.
5.Select Join the Waitlist for Apple Intelligence.
6.Wait to receive a notification to activate it.

Apple Intelligence is a new personal AI system that uses advanced generative models along with your unique environment to provide relevant, tailored insights. It will be available as a free update for the following devices:

-iPhone 15 Pro and iPhone 16 series (including iPhone 16 Pro)
-iPads and Macs equipped with M1 processors or newer
